Flower Care

Here are a few simple tips to ensure maximum life and enjoyment from your beautiful blooms.

We use the freshest materials in all our arrangements and source from local growers where possible.

Bouquets

~ Our Bouquets arrive in a gift bag, for beautiful presentation and easy transportation.

~Inside the Bouquet wrapping is an Aqua Pack, small water source to ensure freshness on arrival, please keep the Bouquet up right.

~You may choose to keep the bouquet wrapped in the gift bag for a maximum of one day, then we recommend unwrapping, re cutting the stems and pacing in a clean Vase with fresh water.

~If you would like to keep your Bouquet wrapped, another option is to cut the bottom half of the wrapping off to expose the stems and then place into a vase.

~ You can also re use the Ribbon by tying a bow around your Vase.

Floral Foam

~ Arrangements such as our Hat Boxes are designed in Floral Foam.

~ It is important not to let the Floral Foam dry out, you can check by carefully finding a space to slip your fingers down into the container, you should always feel water.

~ Regularly top up the arrangement with fresh water, slowly and carefully in the center of the arrangement.

~ Take care not to over fill and flood the container.

Vase Arrangements

~ Our Vase Arrangements arrive in a gift bag, for beautiful presentation and easy transportation.

~ Carefully lift the Vase out from the gift bag.

~ Regularly take the flowers out of the Vase, re cut the stems about 2cm up on a diagonal.

~ Regularly clean your vase, we recommend using bleach.

~ Change the water in your Vase daily and ensure no foliage is under the water line.

Dried Flowers

~ Our dried/preserved flowers are arranged in the container using floral foam, do not remove flowers from the container.

~ Keep in a secure place away from drafts or any potential knocks, dried arrangements are fragile.

~ To avoid colour fading keep out of direct sunlight.

~ To remove dust, blow gently with a hair dryer on a low & cold setting.

General Flower Care

~ Keep out of direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures, flowers prefer a cool climate.

~ Always keep the Vase clean and change water every day.

~ Keep away from fruit, some release a gas that cause flowers to age faster.

~Remove any dead flower heads over time.

~ Never have any foliage under the water level.
