At check out please leave us a note with the funeral date, time, address and contact details of the funeral director so we can organise delivery. 
 
We appreciate as much notice as possible with funeral arrangements, particularly to allow time to source in any requested flower varieties. However if you are happy with a general colour palette using what we have on the day, then we can usually accommodate a same day funeral order. 
 
Please note: Usually the family or funeral director orders this arrangement for the funeral service, if you would like to supply the casket spray as a gift for the family please speak with them first. Alternatively, If you would like to send sympathy flowers to the family please consider a Wreath, Hatbox, Vase arrangement or Bouquet. 
 
Photo Service -
A photo of your order will be sent to you via email, please check your junk/spam folder.
Please make sure you enter your email address at check-out NOT the recipients - we'd hate to ruin the surprise! 
Sometimes your flowers are delivered before we send your photo, so if you haven't received your photo yet, don't worry! Your flowers will still be delivered on your delivery date. 
 
Same Day Delivery - 
We guarantee same day delivery for all orders placed before the cut off times, unfortunately we cannot give an exact delivery time - however if you have a preference please leave us a note at check out and we will do our best!
Our orders head out in the afternoon and at busy times can be delivered in the evening after work hours.  
If you have missed our cut off time or it is after hours, please feel free to give us a call, at times we may still be able to help! - Benefits of our home-based studio! 
 
Business address - 
If your order is going to a business, please leave us a note at check out. We will do our best to deliver within business hours. Please have an alternative address ready in the unlikely event it is needed.  
 
Pick up - 
We offer pick up by appointment from our studio based in Otumoetai, just leave us a note at checkout with your preferred pickup time. We will send you a text message when your order is ready to collect with any pick up details.
 
NO Shop Front - 
We do NOT have a retail shop open to the public, we do not have premade flowers or have the staff capacity to accommodate customers in person. All our arrangements are made to order. Everything shown on our website is in stock and available to order. You are welcome to give us a call if you have any questions regarding what's in stock etc. We would love to hear from you! 
 
Rural/North Island Delivery - 
If your delivery area is in BOP rural or not listed on our shipping options, please give us a call.
We are able to send flowers North Island Wide; Available to order Monday - Thursday for overnight delivery. Flowers are in water and package securely for safe arrival.
